1. Subscription Plans
TractoTrack offers prepaid subscription plans to Vyapari and Showroom users for posting and accessing features on the platform.
- All subscription plans are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
- Subscription durations and features are clearly mentioned before payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time; however, no partial or full refund will be issued for the remaining period.
- Upon cancellation, the user will retain access to paid features until the current plan expires.
- Auto-renewal is not enabled by default; users must manually purchase a new plan upon expiry.
3. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after plan purchase.
- Partial use of the subscription period.
- Inability to use the app due to user-side issues (device problems, incorrect login, etc.).
- Posts or listings being rejected for violating terms of service.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error.
- Payment failure with the amount still deducted.
