Welcome to Tractotrack, a platform for Farmers, Vyaparis, and Showrooms to buy, sell, and discover tractors. By using the TractoTrack mobile app or website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and usage.
2. User Roles
- Farmer: Can view posts and request demos.
- Vyapari / Showroom: Can create posts, view others’ listings, and manage demo requests. A valid subscription plan is required.
3. Login & OTP Verification
- You log in using mobile number verification via OTP.
- You are responsible for keeping your OTP and session secure.
4. Posts & Listings
- Only Vyapari, Showroom, or Admin users can create listings.
- Posts must include required information like tractor name, price, condition, year, and location.
- Inappropriate, false, or misleading content may be removed by the admin.
5. Demo Requests
- Farmers may send demo requests to nearby showrooms.
- Showrooms can accept, reject, or mark requests as completed.
- TractoTrack acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for demo arrangements.
6. Subscription Plans
- Subscription is mandatory for Vyapari and Showroom users to access posting and viewing features.
- Plans are prepaid and need to be renewed after expiry.
7. Favorites
- Users can mark posts or popular tractors as favorites for quick access.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Posting false, misleading, or offensive content.
- Spamming or automated activity.
- Tampering with the platform or other users' accounts.
9. Content Ownership
- Users retain rights to their uploaded content.
- TractoTrack reserves the right to display content on the platform as needed.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
- TractoTrack may suspend or delete accounts violating these terms, without refund.
- You may delete your account by contacting support.
11. Limitation of Liability
- TractoTrack is a listing platform and does not participate in or guarantee actual transactions.
- Users are responsible for verifying listings before proceeding with a purchase or inquiry.
12. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms as needed.
- Continued use of the app after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
